The bands I work with Achieve success faster
Here's what they're saying about me:
QUESTION? NO ANSWER
I’ve worked with Andy Chayer at Maple Shade studios with 3 different bands over the last 6 years.
Aside from very fair pricing, Andy is a very personable and knowledgeable engineer, and his abilities have grown incredibly in that time. An important attribute that compliments Andy’s production and engineering is his experience as a performing musician himself. He always provides a positive atmosphere, and offers great input.
I have worked with 4 different producers in the state, and I would recommend Andy over all the others.
Alex enger and the Mayors
Recording with Andy is like having Robert Lang Studios hidden in your living room. The quality of the mixes that Andy crafted when we recorded our EP, Shot In The Dark, were sharp as a knife, and the whole time we felt right at home.
Since then, we've been able to use our EP to get booked in venues such as The Crocodile, appear on the video broadcast show Plastic Jet Airline, get airplay on local radio, and even peak the interest of label / management group Mack 9.
Andy's got immense brains, a big heart, and will get you what you need without costing you an arm and a leg.

Before working with Andy, we were already very close friends. We chose to work with him professionally because he has such a genuine love for music production, and we knew our songs would be in good hands.
He works hard to see the bands in our scene prosper, and doesn't compromise in the studio until your final product lines up with your artistic vision.
Anyone can go buy mics and offer to record your music, but Andy offers a much more profound experience.
Dire Fire
Andy Chayer is a true professional, whether it's his top of the line equipment, his impeccable ear for the perfect take, or his friendly smile, Andy brings out the best in everyone who works with him. The level of quality in the recording as well as the recording experience is second to none.
Andy gives you the chance to be yourself and enter your element as an artist. He will do whatever it takes for the artist's vision to be realized. On top of that, he is extremely flexible and easy going while scheduling time to record, however after this review goes viral, you might have to wait in line for years to get a chance to work with him.
Bleed The Stone
Andy Chayer is a prodigy behind the board. I've never had my vocals come out more crisp, or more raw, than I have with him.
Local radio and venues didn't want to give us a second look with our first release, but Andy brought our sound to the next level, and showed everyone what we were really capable of.
He is always pushing to get the best take, always striving to hear the artists' true soul.

Recording with Andy is like getting a tattoo: if you put in a few really committed sessions, you'll have something to be proud of the rest of your life.
Andy was everything a great producer should be. He pushed us all to get the best possible takes, offering direction, and constructive criticism, and was completely dedicated to making our project sound the best it could. His honesty and willingness to commit himself created a product that exceeded our wildest dreams.
Andy made my studio experience unforgettable, and given the chance I would absolutely work with him again.
Ded Electric
Working with Andy has been an absolute pleasure. The level of skilled professionalism and talent Andy exudes behind the board is refreshing.
Before working with Andy, we hadn't been able to capture the sounds we were looking for in our music. And since we've released, we've grown our fanbase, we've been featured as local band of the week on 99.9 KISW as well as played on 107.7 The End, been scouted by magazines and promotion labels, been booked for festivals, and made money streaming on online music services like Spotify.
I highly recommend recording with him and we will continue to do so.

I don't want to appear biased, because I am in a band with the guy, but Andy is a fantastic engineer and producer. I can attest first hand to his ability to collaborate without stepping on toes, or impeding vision. His studio offers the perfect vibe to stay productive, and also stay creative, and his attitude and working style completely reinforces that.
The work he's done has gotten us on the radio, got us booked with tons of cool local bands, got us onto local festivals, and created some serious buzz for us. He's the best guy around here to work with, no question.
The Shitlips
Andy Chayer and his studio have been a major part of my time as a recording musician.
I've been working with him since 2011, when Leadership by Assault recorded our EP "A Little Less Than Honest". We were able to track seven songs in less than three days, at a quality that allowed us to pursue opportunities like offering songs for download in Rock Band, and licensing out singles to video producers who helped us build a fanbase through their work.
The recording environment is comfortable and friendly, and you really can't find a better producer with this kind of accessibility to independent artists in the area.
